The ‘roof’ is the company’s purpose, which covers all decisions and actions. The ‘pillars’ are the values that hold up the purpose and shape the work principles. The ‘foundations’ are work principles that represent the attitudes and actions of the company’s operations. Together, they create a stable and ethical business culture.

Principles of work address the issue of complex organisational purpose and values by giving all employees, contractors, and business functions clear directions on how they should work.
