I've used Ouch Learning and Development three times now and they always impress me with the professional and engaging way they deliver training, especially on difficult subjects such as Mental Health. The whole team are so passionate about what they do and are always happy to help. Simon, who delivered two of the courses I attended, is incredibly knowledgeable and able to give detailed insight into the topics beyond the course curriculum, which really helps with understanding. Their facilities in Wimborne are also excellent - a quiet environment with a range of seating to suit all tastes and refreshments always available. Lunch was great too!Overall, top notch service at a very reasonable price.Highly recommended.
We had a great day on the Emergency First Aid at Work course. Our trainer was really enthusiastic and brought a lot of energy to the day which made the learning so much easier and enjoyable. All our questions were answered really well with plenty of explanation. I had great feedback from the team following the training day so we'll definitely be using Ouch again in the future. Attended IOSH Managing Safely 3 day course at Ouch. Very good facilities and having lunch provided was appreciated. Course leader was very knowledgeable and definitely would go back and learn more from Max. Was a nice atmosphere and lucky enough to have really nice students in my course. Would definitely recommend.
I recently attended an asbestos awareness course run by OUCH. This was a very professionally run course and I would totally recommend this company.
I will always come here for any first aid training, all the staff are lovely and incredibly knowledgeable!I had the training with David and it was fantastic! I really appreciated him going above and beyond to tailor bits of the course/advice to help me, although my job was slightly different to others.Due to me working outdoors with a range of machinery he went above and beyond to discuss poisonous and irritating plants, dangers of outdoor conditions, and tourniquet advice.I really appreciate it and feel much more confident than I have ever felt before.I cannot recommend Ouch enough!
I just wanted to let you know that the 2 gentlemen who provided the training were a credit to your organisation. They were very helpful and personable and everyone of the people who took the cause stated that they made the course engaging, enjoyable and relevant. This was from some who had done the same course several times and said if every trainer were like these then it would be better for all first aid students as being engaged helps the relevant information stick.Thank you and please thank them directly from us here at Oakdale Junior School.
